The event was a huge success, raising over $5,000 for the orchestra. We extend heartfelt thanks to Ken, Pat.

It is an amazing piece of artwork and bears the signature of Maestro Raffaele Ponti. Raffle tickets are $20 each or 6 for $100. The winner of the raffle will be revealed at the last CSO concert of the season on March 19. The guitar will be on view at all luncheons and concerts.

The first luncheon of the season was held on October 6th. The second luncheon was held on November 3rd. The November 3rd program included live performances by Paul Urbanick on violin, Dolores Smith and Judy Kaff at the piano. A multimedia musical/dance presentation was compiled and arranged by Frank Sperry. The program focussed on music by Aaron Copland, one of the three composers featured in the November 14th concert. Forty-three people attended the luncheon. We are grateful to Judy Kaff for taking on the responsibility for this year’s luncheon programs.
